Keep update the AML/CFT laws and regulations, proactively updating changes and new developments
Stay informed about relevant sanctions laws and obligations, regularly updating changes and new developments.
Collaborate with Head Office to ensure timely and accurate preliminary sanctions clearance, adhering to requirements for recording and storing screening evidence
Develop and implement a comprehensive AML/CFT program tailored to the branch's needs
Oversee the effective implementation of the AML/CFT program across various units within the branch, including BPs, Operations, and Systems
Establish and maintain a robust sanctions compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable requirements
Design a clear decision-making process for sanctions-related issues, including an escalation mechanism for reporting to senior management
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff awareness and understanding of AML/CFT measures
Conduct regular testing and assessments of the AML/CFT program's control measures
Undertake specific responsibilities as designated by the AML/CFT program

Demonstrate a proactive mindset, actively seeking opportunities for change and improvement to enhance productivity and performance
Build and nurture a strong network, both internally and externally, to facilitate regular deals and day-to-day work.

Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, Legal, Economics, or related disciplines
3 years of practical experience in AML/Sanction compliance
