Support FCC team by providing compliance review assistance related to Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) matters
Assist in the coordination of FCC examinations and reviews conducted by regulators, external consultants, and auditors
Contribute to departmental budgeting and costing tasks
Prepare and review banking returns, surveys, and associated reports required by the HKMA
Conduct institutional Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (ML/TF) risk assessments and update risk mitigation measures
Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments related to FCC
Facilitate coordination between business and compliance units in complaint handling
Provide assistance in FCC investigations and escalations, as needed

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Risk Management, or a related business discipline
1-2 years of experience in assurance, governance, or FCC functions within financial institutions
With the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different functions and levels
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels
Exhibit good analytical skills.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred
