Oversee thorough testing of complex system functionalities ensuring robust evaluation and quality assurance
Identify document and track defects collaborating with development teams for timely resolution and system improvement
Conduct and supervise diverse testing types (performance load functional UI/UX regression cross-browser) to guarantee consistent user experience
Evaluate AI models for fairness bias and performance drift providing strategic feedback for optimization
Deliver actionable insights to enhance system quality and user experience while mentoring junior QA team members and staying current with QA and AI advancements

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
At least 8 years' experience in QA, focusing on AI or machine learning systems, with a preference for large-scale system integration or data projects
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, AI model lifecycle, and model performance metrics
Proficient in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs
Familiarity with agile development approaches and a variety of testing techniques, including UI, regression, and performance testing
Self-motivated and innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
