About the Company

Our client is a well-established financial services firm, with a strong presence in Hong Kong and they're looking to hire a passionate and hands-on Assistant Manager to handle their MT programs.


As the Assistant Manager, you will be reporting directly into the Training Manager, and will be responsible for the full cycle of training, from needs analysis, development and delivery.

Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of training duties, which include identifying needs, developing programs, delivering these programs and closely following up post-delivery
  • Collaborating with a number of stakeholders within the business to identify needs, and create specific plans for each BU partners with specific detail to graduates (HK & IANG)
  • Collect and monitor the courses’ effectiveness, and to report and improve the program
  • Ad-hoc projects included

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:
  • Degree holder
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant experience developing and delivering training materials within the financial services sector, including insurance, agency training, etc...
  • Must have experience with dealing with graduates, IANG visas, students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a result-oriented personality
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required, with good command in English and Cantonese
