- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents
- Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards
- Provide admin support to HR executive
- Review resumes and conducts phone screens to determine qualifications
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder with at least 4 years in financial services industry
- Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
- Knowledge of technical computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
- Ability to handle multiple projects and sensitive matters, and work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
