job description


Managing invoices, company petty cash and colleagues' expenses and claims including travel expenses

Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases

Prepares reports, presentations, documents, memorandums, proposals and correspondence

Assists on office equipment procurement and maintenance

Monitors office operations

Schedules appointments and meetings for department managers

Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts

Skills & experiences required

Degree or above with minimum 1 years admin + expense claim experience

Fluent in Cantonese and English, and knowledge of Putonghua is preferable.

Willing to work overtime and a team player
