About the company

Our client is an international Luxury Retail Group, they are now seeking a senior Administration Executive (Admin and event base) to join their Administration Team, and provide secretarial support to the Management team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Office Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality and efficient admin and event management support services to the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide full spectrum of professional administrative support to senior executives and the team
  • Organise business trip to management level, such as arrange flight ticket, accomodation and visa application etc
  • General administration task to support the team and office, including office management and supplies
  • Manage and negotiate with travel agency, hotel rate, airline, venue etc
  • Organising and planning for corporate events, such as annual dinner
  • Additional Ad-hoc tasks

About You

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Admin Support or related field is essential
  • Experience in travel arrangement and event management is a MUST
  • Retail/Luxury industry experience is an advantage
  • Excellent people management skills and phone communication skills
  • Drive to achieve service excellence, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and good team work
  • Proficient in MS office and Outlook
  • Fluent in English is a MUST
