Job Overview

Our client is a reputable PRC based property development & investment company. To support their rapid expanding business in APAC, we're looking for a high-calibre to join their energetic team as a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant.

  • PRC well-stablished property development & investment company
  • Newly renovated office at Central (Grade A building, 5 mins from MTR station)
  • Excellent opportunity to learn and grow at a sophisticated admin team
  • 5.5 days work (9am-6pm)

Job Descriptions

Directly reporting to Administration Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the reception at a medium-scaled office, and assist in corporate administration works.

  • Welcome and greet incoming guests
  • Handle external enquiries through email and phone call, mails and courier packages
  • Provide a range of office administrative assistance, including equipment maintenance, facilities management, office/ pantry procurement etc.
  • Assist in organising corporate/ internal events
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Admin manager

Skills & experiences required

  • Presentable with service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, include MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-oriented and proactive
