Our client is a leading investment bank, they are now looking for an experienced administrative assistant.


about the job.

  • You will support a large group of staffs in the bank
  • You will provide administration support like traval booking, phone coveraging and schedule arranging etc
  • You will be responsible for calender or room management
  • You will help to greet global clients
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of working experience in administration
  • Work experience in Banking or Finance industry is a MUST
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, Good in Mandarin
  • Able to work in high performing place
