Our client is a multinational insurance and finance corporation and they are looking for an administrative assistant to support to office.
about the job.
- Manage administrative activities including office logistics maintenance & support, system access application, on-boarding & off-boarding procedures
- Arrange various meetings and support the preparation of meeting materials
- Schedule meetings with ExCo members, department heads and cross departmental meeting
- Assist in scheduling engagement or off site activities
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree with a year experience in administration
- Experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferred
- Knowledge in SAP is preferred
- Strong language ability in English and Chinese
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
