job description

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and business luncheons;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flight and accommodation) for bankers;
  • Handle expense clams in timely and accurate manner;
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mails and circulation of internal documents;
  • Organize filing records and provide overall administrative support to the team;
  • Work closely with other assistants to cover their duties in their absence;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of secretarial or administrative experience;
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
