job description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • provide administrative and secretarial support to Directors
  • schedule meetings, phone calls requesting meetings, handle meeting conflicts & prioritization issues.
  • liaise with both internal and external parties on daily business operation and personal matters
  • Handle business travel and coordinate our-of-town meeting schedules
  • arrange all conference calls, rooms, dial in numbers and video conference facilities
  • Process expense in a timely manner
  • perform ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 year relevant experiences
  • Good command in both spoken and written of English and Cantonese, and preferably be fluent in Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proactive, detail-mined, well-organised and flexible in the working approach
  • Experience in investment bank or private equity firm is highly preferred.
