Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers in all areas of HR, covering Hong Kong and other APAC regions
Manage compensation and benefit programs, namely Payroll checking and Insurance programme management
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in accordance with local applicable laws and regulations
Lead recruitment and selection processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, offering and on-boarding.
Manage the performance management process, including performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain accurate staff records in HRIS system and proper filing of personal records.
Other related Ad Hoc duties

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
3 years - 8 years experience in Generalist Human Resources
Proven working experience as an HR Generalist.
Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organisation.
Excellent written and verbal Chinese and English.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Immediate availability is preferred
