About the job

Our client is an European luxurious furnishing retailer and interior design service provider with diverse business operations across Middle Eastern and APAC countries. Alongside its flourishing retail and interior design services, they also operate an extensive home furniture rental department and offers a host of design and styling services for property developers, designers and corporations. We’re currently looking for an ambitious and dedicated Administration Officer to support their day-to-day office operations.



Key responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, including reception duties, expense management, equipment maintenance and facilities management
  • Handle procurement of stationery, pantry and office supplies
  • Assist in travel arrangements & logistic support, including booking flights, hotel accommodations and preparing itineraries
  • Coordinate with various departments on company events/ daily operations



Attributes, skills & experience required

  • Diploma or above with experience in an administration role
  • Good telephone skills and customer-focused
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills (Both in English and Chinese)
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as Office word, excel and powerpoint
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
