They are currently searching for a detail-oriented administration officer to support their Quality Assurance team to ensure a smooth business operation.

Job Descriptions

As a successful Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible to keep an eye on call center operations, to ensure every customer receives a consistently positive experience by monitoring the service quality.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Quality Assurance team
  • Monitoring calls to ensure the standardised service quality
  • Prepare reports for management use
  • Assist in projects in the field of quality enhancement, service improvement and operational service plan to improve the overall service quality
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of customer service/ administration experience, preferably in telecommunication, banking or insurance company
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
