Our client is a well-established PRC investment firm in Hong Kong. As part of expansion of their business in Hong Kong, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee the day-to-day office administration.

Highlights of the job

This role is responsible for all round office administration, vendor management, facilities and equipment maintenance, office procurement and event management. The successful candidate will also provide a wide range of executive support to one of the top management in the head office.

Job Responsibilities

You will be supervising a team of office admin, and report directly to the Head of Admin & HR of HK office. Job duties including:

  • Supervise the team to provide overall administrative support to the office, including but limited to facilities management services, office supplies, printing, courier, receptionist duties etc
  • Manage office relocation, renovation and enhancement projects
  • Prepare budgeting and monthly reports for management use
  • Formulate general office procedures, documents and policies
  • Provide secretarial support to senior executives when needed
  • Coordinate and organise ad hoc projects and corporate events

Skills & Experiences Required

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of office management and secretarial experience, prior experiences in PRC/ sizeable companies would be advantageous
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, tactful, fast-paced, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior levels
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
