about the company.

My client is a growing MNC construction company and would like to hire an Administration Manager. The one will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects, sites and offices. The right person will have great career progression and a chance of relocating to the headquarters!

about the team.

  • First point of contact and management for all clients, vendors and office staffs
  • Handle all documents/ emails with quality and correct formatting
  • Work with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure project status.
  • Travelling to the site is required (With claim and compensation)

skills & experiences required.

  • 3-8 years of experiences
  • Worked in Engineering & Construction companies
  • Project management and supervising experience is a plus
  • Optimistic and detail-oriented, work under pressure
