About the Company

Our Client is a well-known Financial Service Company. They are currently looking for an Office Assistant who is highly efficient and flexible in their role.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Provision of full spectrum of professional administrative support to the team
  • Office maintenance, such as pest control, carpet cleaning etc
  • Communication with third parties, controlling costs and vender management
  • Responsible for book keeping
  • Additional Ad-hoc tasks

Skills and experience requirements

  • 5 years administrative experience or related background
  • Able to work on Saturday or Sunday (not often)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/powerpoint/Outlook)
  • Highly adaptable/flexible
  • Able to work independently
