    Our client is a major listed Construction & Property firm in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for talented Admin Executives to join their team.
    about the team.
    A lively team of 10+ personnel, the Admin Officer will take responsibility in managing the team's daily operations in a holistic manner.

    • Perform general administrative duties, such as Office admin, Fleet management (Construction Vehicles), support on Office leasing and related matters
    • Responsible for Fleet management (Construction Vehicles), including purchasing, repairing and maintenance of company vehicles, renewal of license, etc.
    • Support General administration functions, such as office supplies, courier services, travel bookings, and other office admin duties as assigned.
    • Assist in procurement of maintenance services, office equipment's repair & re-purchase
    • Support the set up of company's Employee events / Public events
    • Ad hoc projects as required
    skills & experiences required.

    • Degree holder or above, preferably in Business Administration or relevant majors; BA Fresh graduates will also be considered
    • 2-5 year's solid General Administration experience in sizeable companies.
    • Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels.
    • A self-disciplined mind with attention to details
    • Able to work independently and in a team towards organisational goals
    • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
