About the company:

Our client is a global privately-owned business in financial investment industry with focus in the APAC region. Their businesses are mainly focusing in energy investment, manufacturing and commodity trading.

They are now looking for a senior Administration and Office Manager to provide administration support for the Executive Leadership team, general administration assistance to the broader business and ensure the smooth running of their office.

About the role:

  • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences, prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings. You will also attend meetings as requested in order to record minutes
  • Oversee all aspects of general office management
  • Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings for the Chairman whilst maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of information
  • Create and modify documents, reports, memos, letters and presentations using computer software such as Microsoft Office, or other programs and presentation to senior management or staff
  • Travel arrangements for staff
  • Arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment, including computer and IT system.
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years related working experience as an Administration Manager
  • Advanced skills in computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential)
  • Proactive, confident, works well under pressure
  • Proven ability to work effectively, flexible, independently and to show initiative
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is MUST, able to provide translation services
  • Oversea education background is an advantage
  • Over time working is required
