Administration Officer (1 year contract role)

About the company

Our client is a leading listed properties company, they are now seeking an experience Administrative Office to join the company, and provide support to Assistant Admin Services Team.

Report to Assistant Admin Services Manager, the incumbent will provide Secretarial and administrative Support to Management Team and provide support on Office Management, which includes:


  • provide full scope of secretarial and administrative support to the team and assistant manager
  • supervise a team of office assistants, receptionist and company driver
  • responsible for general office admin duties, such as office maintenance, procurement etc
  • prepare for monthly reports and organise company events
  • oversee company uniform laundry service for staff when needed
  • other ad-hoc admin task as required


  • Diploma or above in related flied
  • Minimum a 3-year related work experience in office administrative
  • Experience in property industry is a plus
  • work impudently, as well as a good team player
  • Pleasant, friendly, responsible, proactive and willing to learn
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Immediately Available is a MUST
