About the Company

Our Client is an MNC Consultancy Company and they are searching for an experienced Admin Assistant to join their growing team. You will be working in a work –life balance Company (open to part time and full-time).

About the role

  • Provision of full spectrum of professional office administrative support to the company and staff
  • Manage general office administration functions, including facilities management & maintenance and office renovation
  • General administration task to support the team and office
  • Responsible for procurement, office events and Travel arrangements for staff
  • Additional Ad-hoc tasks

Skills and experience requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Office Admin Support is essential
  • Previous corporate team assistant experience is preferred
  • Advanced skills in computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential)
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese is a MUST
  • Proactive, confident, works well under pressure and embrace challenges
  • Proven ability to work effectively, independently and to show initiative
  • Able to work in a start up environment
