Job Description

  • Provide support to bankers for meetings/ business trips/ Travel & Expenses
  • Provide a wide range of administration support within the M&A Department
  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, conference calls, video conferences, trainings etc. Schedule management of managers as required
  • Arrange business trips & Handle Travel & Expense reimbursement claim submission
  • Any other ad hoc requests from time to time

Key Experience & Skills

  • 5 years or above solid administration/secretarial experience, preferred in investment banking or financial institutions
  • Well-organized with ability to multitask
  • Have strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible to work as a team and also be able to work independently
  • Good communication in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
