- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial reports and statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal staff regarding financial matters.
- Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Adhere to all applicable financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
skills & experiences required.
- Completion of LCC (Local Certificate Course) Level 1 or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
