You will oversee bookkeeping and certain administrative tasks related to the corporate departmental expenses. You will ensure accurate records of financial transactions, manage departmental expenses and payments, and supply essential data to aid in management decision-making.

- Monitor all overhead expenditures
- Conduct timely and accurate reviews and postings of month-end closing and accounting transactions to ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulations
- Work closely with the offshore team to ensure proper classification and posting of daily transactions
- Facilitate efficient and accurate month-end closing processes for departmental overhead costs
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, financial projections, forecasts, budgets, statutory accounts, and Hong Kong tax computations and filings
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial information by implementing strong internal controls
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve accounting discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Support departmental projects as needed
skills & experiences required.
- At least 3 years' experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar position
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and legal regulations
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective team player with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Capable of maintaining discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
