- Handle bookkeeping, account receivables and payable
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Process payment and expense reimbursements
- Handle cash management
- Maintain both digital and hardcopy
- Data filing, for both soft copies and hard copies
- Perform any other duties as required
skills & qualifications required.
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- 1 year of working experience in accounting is preferred
- Good knowledge of databases and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Good attitude and willing to learn
