- Create and issue invoices to customers.
- Prepare account statements for customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
- Update accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
- Assist the team in month end closing and preparing reports
skills & qualifications required.
- Degree holder in accounting or above
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
