Prepare monthly financial review and analysis
Assist in preparation of consolidated accounts/management accounts and related schedules
Coordinate and liaise with related parties to ensure accuracy of leasing transactions
Responsible for payment processing and cash ledger maintenance
Assist in year-end audit and tax matters
Assist in other accounting functions and ad hoc assignments

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage
Willing to learn with good interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office
Immediate available is preferred
