Our client is a leading telecommunication listed company in Hong Kong. They are currently searching for Account Servicing Executive/ Manager to support their accounting service management to ensure a smooth customer service operation.

About the job
As a successful senior customer service executive, you will be responsible to:
  • Provide support to the Account Management team for B2B services
  • Handle key account clients' enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in projects in the field of account service strategy, service improvement and operational service plan to improve the overall service quality
  • Prepare monthly reports of service performance
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Skills & experiences required.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
  • 2 to 3 years customer service experience, preferably in telecommunication, banking or insurance company
  • Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-oranised, customer-oriented, good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
