Our client is a world leading Supply Chain Management company with various solution providing to its clients worldwide. With the growing demand in supply chain and logistics globally, they are expanding their Account Management team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Build relationship with existing and potential customers to further grow the business;
- Monitor shipments and to ensure customer satisfactions level;
- Expand business development opportunities by building partnerships with various sales resources;
- Work closely with Business Development team to formulate sales strategies with sizable key accounts;
- Research potential customer information to ensure viable prospect and to support credit applications;
- Conducts sales visits to prospective customers to present company’s value proposition to meet clients’ needs; and
- Monitor and maintains account relationships to ensure integration of new business/ cross-selling and continued customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or Supply Chain & Logistics;
- At least 5 years of experience in key account management in Supply Chain & Logistic industry;
- Great territory planning skills and a willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific Region including China;
- Excellent communication skills with experience of creating and delivering presentations;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); and
- Language proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
