Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with existing key customers;
• Work closely with operations and solutions teams to introduce solutions clients
• Understand customer’s needs and new business potential to suggest corresponding solutions;
• Monitor and manage KPI performance reviews with key customers regularly;
• Coordinate with other overseas branches to provide streamline solutions to clients;

Requirements

• Degree holder in supply chain management or equivalent;
• At least 5 years experience in supply chain & logistics industry;
• Strong commercial sense and business acumen in distribution center services, transportation, freight forwarding and Omni services;
• Sensitive with numbers with decent communication skills;
• Proven track record in negotiation and able to balance customer expectations and company requirements; and
• Good problem solver with positive attitude and teamwork approach at all time
