About the company
Our client is one of the top tier 3PL company globally. To facilitate the high demand of supply chain solution, they are expanding the account management team and looking for experienced candidate to join the growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business relationships with existing key customers;
- Work closely with operations and solutions teams to introduce solutions clients
- Understand customer’s needs and new business potential to suggest corresponding solutions;
- Monitor and manage KPI performance reviews with key customers regularly;
- Coordinate with other overseas branches to provide streamline solutions to clients;
Requirements
- Degree holder in supply chain management or equivalent;
- At least 5 years experience in supply chain & logistics industry;
- Strong commercial sense and business acumen in distribution center services, transportation, freight forwarding and Omni services;
- Sensitive with numbers with decent communication skills;
- Proven track record in negotiation and able to balance customer expectations and company requirements; and
- Good problem solver with positive attitude and teamwork approach at all time
