About the company

Our client is a global financial business intelligence company. They are looking for an Account Manager for its Hong Kong team. You will be managing existing clients (listed companies) across APAC.

About the role

  • Develop account management strategies and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Manage and maintain excellent relationships with clients
  • Monitor client activities and update on CRM system
  • Identify clients’ needs and usage pattern and develop client training materials
  • Collect feedback and work closely with internal teams on service quality enhancement

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 3-5 years in sales / account management / client management position
  • Excellent English
  • Experience in working with listed company clients
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
