Our client is looking for an Account Manager with excellent communication, organizational and an amazing client service track record to join their team to maintain long-term and trusting relations with their clients. You will maintain and oversee a portfolio of clients to not only nurture them, but grow them to cross and upsell with cross-functional internal and external teams. As they have built a flawless reputation for their exceptional work across multiple sectors, they are looking for an individual who will enable their clients to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for seeking for opportunities wherever possible, developing new businesses and existing accounts and managing the implementation of projects. Requirements:

  • Experienced in Account Management for 3+ years;
  • Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication and customer relation skills at all levels;
  • Strong administration, process management skills with the ability to deliver exceptional service;
  • Demonstration persistent, overcomes obstacles and strives to improve skills and achieve goals;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Business proficiency in an Asian language is a plus: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, etc;
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
