Our client, a Tier 1 Global Company, is looking for a 1st - 2nd line IT Support / Service Desk support candidate to join in their IT team in the Hong Kong Office to provide quality services to the users.
about the job.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving incidents and problems relating to application, infrastructure and/or, operating and network systems
  • Provide 1st to 2nd line of support to users in accrodance to the company's SLAs
  • Ensure that requests are properly logged, assigned, tracked and responded to in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures. Ensure customers and other interested parties are kept informed of progress and that corrective action is taken to avoid or minimise delays
skills & experiences required.
  • ITIL V.3 Foundation Certification is highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Office/ OS), ServiceNow application, 1st-2nd line of user support is required
  • Knowledge and experience with AV & VC technolgy
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
