Our client, a leading global IT company in the market, is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.
- Provide in-house desktop support and trainings to end users
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve computer, server and network issues
- Collaborate with other engineers to implement system upgrade/migration projects
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Working experience related to desktop/helpdesk support
- Good understanding of Windows Operating System.
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server & network technologies is a plus
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong problem-solving skills
