Our client is an International Luxury Retail Brand. To cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for < Customer Service Officer – Native Japanese Speaking > to join their company.
- Answer and handle telephone enquiries of Japanese customers in their native language
- Deal with Japanese customers via phone, chat, social media and email dialogue
- Handle daily operation and responsible for overall customer service function to enhance customer satisfaction
- Prepare all set of documents for purchase order, goods return, shipment and delivery
- Perform documentation of call information and report
- Diploma holder in any disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding telephone manner
- Pleasant, customer-oriented, detail-minded, patient and willing to learn
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant customer service experience
- Fluency in Japanese and good command of English
