The Randstad Award employer branding research program started in Belgium in 1999 and has grown to become the world’s largest employer branding study based on the opinion of over 200,000 people from 23 countries — including more than 7,754 respondents from Hong Kong. The Randstad Award tracks the trends that influence people when choosing to work for an organisation. The Randstad Award is then granted to the most attractive employers in each country based on a public opinion survey
