About the Company

Our client is a well-known financial services firm, who is expanding their services globally and they’re looking to hire an HR Manager to handle recruitment activities for both local and overseas offices.


Reporting directly into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing the resourcing function for an allocated business unit for the firm.

Acting as a business partner for these designated countries, there will be a need for you to build a strong interaction between Hong Kong’s office and leaders from the overseas offices.

You will also align strategies and policies from HQ on a cross-country level, and ensure all activities are in compliance with the company’s regulations.

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:
  • University degree holder in Human Resources, or related discipline
  • At least 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the financial services industry with regional exposure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must, including writing skills
