About the company

Our client is a leading listed properties company, they are now seeking a Junior Property and Leasing Secretary/Assistant to join the company, and provide support to the property management and leasing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide full scope of administrative and secretarial supports to the team and senior executives
  • Responsible for calendar management and schedule meeting for team members
  • General administration task to support the team and office, including office management and supplies
  • Preparing and amending business documents (tenancy agreement, rent roll, debit notes etc)
  • Handle and answer daily correspondence for the team members, such as answering tenants’ enquiries
  • Communicate with external customer and internal staff, such as cross-team activities
  • Additional Ad-hoc/project tasks as required


  • School Certificate with secretarial training
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in property industry as an secretary/admin is essential
  • A background of property management or leasing assistant is an advantage
  • Good command in speaking and written English and Chinese
  • A good team player, detail-oriented and embrace challenges
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • A high level of proficiency and knowledge with computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
