Our client is a growing business that has operations globally, and is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist to assist their regional operations with payroll calculation and ad-hoc HR projects.

About the Job

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the full cycle of payroll on a regional basis, supporting a number of projects and initiatives for the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle the full spectrum of payroll administration
  • Support management with HR projects, including outsourcing, third party vendors, C&B projects, etc…
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with regulations and policies
  • Be the contact point in advisory services for HR
  • Ad-hoc requests and projects as required

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • University degree
  • At least 2-3 years of payroll experience, outsourcing companies are also welcomed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude
  • Passion to learn in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and would be an advantage, if you have HRIS experience
  • Fluent in English is a must
