● Responsible for strategizing, managing, directing and providing comprehensive, analytical and responsive legal expertise to the company.
● Draft and review various contracts, including vendor agreements, customer issues, general contractor agreements and other agreements such as service provider and licensing.
● Support implementation of policies and procedures necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
● Work closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand the business.
● Overall supervision, management and implementation of Privacy Management Program. Monitor development of privacy laws and regulations.
● Partner with the relevant business and functional units to ensure the successful implementation of policies and compliance.
● Respond to ad hoc as required.


Requirements:

● At least 5+ years PQE common-law lawyer
● Retail or FMCG experience is highly preferred
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organisation at all levels and communicate with stakeholders
● Fluent written and oral skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
● Able to work in a fast paced working environment
