Our client is a large MNC that has operations globally, and is looking to hire an HR Associate to assist their operations team with effective HR Administrative support to both local offices and offices in Japan.

About the Job

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR Administration, which not only include processing contracts, advisory service, employee records, etc...

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first contact point for the business through a number of channels
  • Working with advisors and COE to resolve escalations or corporate enquiries
  • Partnering with the recruitment team to draft contracts and prepare paperwork for potential employees, and supporting the on-boarding process
  • Update organisation charts, and payroll information
  • Support managers with ad-hoc projects

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2-3 years of HR experience or office administration experience, MNC experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude
  • Must have a minimum of Japanese fluency of JLPT N1 or N2
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
