- Assist in the setup and dismantling of exhibition booths, displays, and signage.
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of exhibition materials and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting exhibition attendees.
- Help manage visitor flow, answer inquiries, and provide event information.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth operations during the exhibition.
- Support exhibitors with their setup requirements and address on-site issues or concerns.
- Assist in coordinating logistics, including inventory management and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety of the exhibition area.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
