Our client, a well-recognized and steadily growing multinational insurance company, is currently seeking a self-motivated and performance-driven digital marketer to help meet sales leads targets by constantly improve their digital assets. Ensuring superior customer experience throughout their online journey and ultimately lead to high conversion rates.

Degree qualified with a minimum 7 years of relevant experience ideally from reputable financial institutions and digital marketing agencies, you will conduct user research, map out customer journey and articulate customers’ stories to justify adjustments to each digital touch point throughout their online journey. You will explore and recommend new digital technology as well as roll-out digital projects to improve user experience and sales conversion. Also take ownership of the website and proactively seek solutions to improve online traffic and sales conversion.

Strong Chinese and English communications skills are required for this role as is prior experience in UX, user research and customer journey mapping. Knowledge of web analytics, content management system, HTML, SEO, web chat, mobile apps, wechat and tagging much preferred. Candidates with experience in online sales/sales leads generation/conversion optimization will have priority. To be successful in this role you need to be able to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
