Our client, a leading financial MNC, is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.


  • Provide technical support to users in and outside of Hong Kong.
  • Maintain internal server/network infrastructure
  • Analyze, diagnose and resolution of incident tickets
  • install and configure computer systems, printers, telephones
  • monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • set up new users in Microsoft Windows Active Directory
  • troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
  • Prepare and draft service reports


  • Experienced in providing remote/onsite technical support
  • Hands on experience with Windows OS and applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with a client facing position
  • Good understanding on server/network is a plus
  • Passionate and willing to learn new technologies
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
