Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial and management reports for Hong Kong Branch
- Review, analysis and interpret operating results to cost, budgets, operating policies and maintenance of operating budgets
- Knowledge in HKMA reporting
- Ensure timely submission of Hong Kong and US regulatory reports
- Primary contact for HKMA
- Provide comments and recommendations to management on cost control and profit improvement
- Work with head office on financial reporting and technical accounting for US GAAP compliance
- Help support accounting treatments on new products
Key Skills:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related discipline
- Qualified accountant from accredited professional bodies such as CA or CPA
- 10 years+ work experience in leading financial institutions
- Strong knowledge in management accounting
- Big 4 audit background is a plus
- Previous experience in finance projects will be a plus
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Strong business acumen
- Proven track record of leadership and management skills
