- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Manage staffing and scheduling
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the team
- Lead the team in achieving company sales goals
- Monitor inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels
- Communicate with various departments and handle related documents
- Manage customer service, membership promotions, inquiries, and complaint cases
- Ensure a positive company image by conveying company culture, values, and goals to the team
skills & experiences required.
- 5年或以上零售服務經驗 (沒有足夠經驗但對品牌和產品有熱誠者也會獲考慮)
- 專業銷售技巧、親切服務態度
- 有耐性
- 對品牌有熱誠、積極主動、著重團隊精神
- 操流利廣東話、基本普通話及英語
- 5+ years of retail service experience (candidates with less experience but a strong passion for the brand and products will also be considered)
- Professional sales skills and a friendly service attitude
- Sales-driven
- Enthusiasm for the brand, pro-activeness, and emphasis on teamwork
- Fluent in Cantonese, basic Mandarin, and English
