Operate within a dynamic environment, establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with all stakeholders to offer and deliver exceptional products to our clients.
Take ownership of air business development activities, such as negotiating effective contracts with both local and international air suppliers, building a robust supplier network, and conducting regular and comprehensive competitor analysis.
Devise and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the air business segment, including conducting market analysis, establishing competitive positioning, and devising plans for revenue growth.
Continuously monitor and assess key performance indicators to evaluate the performance and achievements of the air business team.

skills & experiences required.

Hold a degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the travel and aviation industry, with at least 5 years of revenue management or sales experience in airlines or wholesalers, acquired while working in travel operations or the web-based travel sector.
Demonstrated success in surpassing targets and a strong desire to excel and contribute significantly to the continuous growth of the travel industry.
Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with air ticket pricing and yield management is advantageous.
