The Go to Market (GTM) team connects with existing and new customers to understand the challenges they face and develop innovative solutions to help them succeed in the current market. about the job.
  • Strategically grow revenue and expand market share, retaining and growing accounts, (new) sales and accountable for service performance
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with key decision makers
  • Apply business and workflow to drive value-added solutions for sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with account team and/or other business units
  • Forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely manner, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Act as point of contact for clients, provide growth path to and from services and attend to customer issues swiftly
  • Tracks customer activity in internal systems to identify additional opportunities and execute on account strategy
  • Identify and work with client specialist teams to provide customer product training
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge on all products and solutions
  • Manage and handle sales across accounts and understand the company’s product offering
  • May be responsible for net sales and revenue for the highest value and most complex accounts

skills & experiences required.
  • 3-5 years experience in account management, sales, business development, recruiting or marketing experience in a customer facing environment; with hunting as part of the job
  • English and Cantonese speaking (Chinese writing preferred, but not a must)
  • Customer relationship building/management skills and great social skills
  • Driven, persistent, result-driven, team player, with strong negotiation skills
  • Selling skills (identify, develop and articulate a complex proposition/consultative selling)
  • Ability to develop and execute a sales plan
  • Presentation and communication skills

additional skills & experiences preferred.
  • University/college degree or above preferred, equivalent experience may be considered
  • Industry experience within the Corporates market
  • Strong understanding of customers, their needs, business model and workflows and problem-solving skills
  • Strong product knowledge
